Severe bite problems, teeth that need to rotate a lot, or active gum disease. Sometimes aligners still work after we treat the gums. Sometimes we'll refer you to an orthodontist, and we'll tell you which one we'd see.

The range depends on how many trays you need. Minor cases sit near the bottom, full-arch cases near the top.
