Insurance
PPO plans we accept.
We're in network with these PPO plans and check your benefits before the first visit. We file claims for you, and you pay only your share on the day.
We don't accept HMO or DHMO plans or Medi-Cal. Out of network PPO? We'll still file the claim.

- Two cleanings and exams a year
- All routine x-rays
- One emergency exam a year
- 15 percent off fillings, crowns, whitening and Invisalign
- No waiting period, no annual maximum, cancel any time after 12 months
Paying for bigger work.
For anything over $1,000 we offer monthly payments through a third-party lender, 6 to 24 months. Approval takes a few minutes at the front desk and doesn't change our price.
We also take HSA and FSA cards, which is a good use for the balance you have left in December.
